Midterm Status: Over!
Juniors:
HW #1 Read Chapter 1 of Angela's Ashes. Answer the Qs on page 1 and 2 of the linked document (also provided in class). The next two pages will be completed in class on Friday.
Seniors:
If you owe me anything (which many of you do), you may do a complete Regents (not including the listening section) to make up some of your work. Depending on how good a job you do, you may get credit for up to four assignments. If you don't owe me much, you may do this to get ten points added to any of your big grades for the marking period.

Be prepared for a follow-up quiz tomorrow. You will not be allowed to use these notes during the test, but it will be a good way to study for it.

Juniors: HW#1 Write a paragraph detailing what you did well or what you need to work on regarding your Crucible essay. Then specifically explain what you will do to fix your errors permanently. For example, provide a website which will give you an opportunity to practice fixing run on sentences. (assigned Wed Jan 2)
